Accommodation
Ground Floor
All rooms benefit from laminate wood flooring, with scatter rugs to keep feet cosy. A generous sized lounge includes 2 comfy leather sofas seating up to five with accompanying beanbag, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD and Wi-Fi.
Adjacent to the lounge is the reading room, for those who would like a bit of ‘me time’, complete with a CD player, selection of games, books, toys, DVD,s children’s books, doggie toys and treats. The kitchen/diner leading off the lounge is open plan, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and a complete selection of crockery, chef’s knives and utensils for all your cooking needs – even baking! French doors open to the garden by means of a step down onto a patio area. The single bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable single bed with wardrobe and coat hangers, bedside cabinet and dressing table. There is an en-suite shower room with sink, free standing power shower with non slip floor, and wc.

First Floor
The double bedroom has a king-size bed to stretch out in, with wardrobe and coat hangers, hairdrier, dressing table, bedside cabinet and a large storage cupboard, which houses a travel cot, baby gate and fan. A baby monitor is located in the bottom drawer of the wardrobe. The twin bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Cute children’s coat hangers are supplied for smaller items of clothing. Situated between both bedrooms is the Family Bathroom which includes a bath and power shower over the bath, wc and sink. Towels are supplied.

Garden
Dill Cottage has a rear enclosed garden with a small patio leading onto grass, offering countryside views that include occassional visits from the curious cows, decking and a picnic bench, with plenty of room to bring a portable BBQ. There is a small garden at the front of the property, with a drive and parking space for 2 cars. Access to the front door is via a short, slightly sloping pathway. The rear fence is 3ft in height at it's shortest point to allow views across the fields.

In addition to your complimentary welcome hamper a small supply of coffee, tea, herbal tea, washing powder, soap, hand wash, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, toilet & kitchen roll, foil & cling film, and bin liners are provided.
All bed linen, tea towels, bath mats, and towels are provided and freshly laundered. Heating and electricity are included. There is a travel cot, high chair, baby monitor and stair gate (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot). An iron and ironing board are supplied.
